7-Day Initial Purchase Refund Window
Core and Pro customers may request a refund within 7 days (168 hours) of their initial paid subscription purchase. This window is measured from the exact moment your subscription was first created — not from when you created your DrawVault account, and not from a later renewal date.
Renewal payments are not covered by this window and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Only the initial purchase of a subscription is eligible.
How to Request a Refund
If you are within your 7-day window, you can submit a refund request from your Profile page in the app. Eligible requests are refunded automatically to your original payment method. If we're unable to confirm eligibility automatically, your request is saved for manual review instead, and we'll follow up by email.
Once a refund is processed, your paid subscription will be ended and your account will revert to the free Explorer tier, unless you separately hold a complimentary access grant, which is unaffected by a refund of a paid purchase.
Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Cancellation does not, by itself, refund any payment already made
- Cancellation is separate from a refund request — you may cancel at any time, whether or not you are within the 7-day refund window

Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. This voluntary 7-day refund policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have, or any additional rights available to you under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, such as a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase in some countries. Where those rights are more favorable to you, they apply.
