Agreement

DrawVault ("the Service") is operated by DrawVaultHunt LLC. By using DrawVault, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use DrawVault. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Nature of Service

DrawVault is:

  • A hunting intelligence and research platform operated by DrawVaultHunt LLC, providing hunt planning tools, wildlife information, draw/harvest/population context, strategy tools, and organizational tools for hunting research
  • Not affiliated with any state or federal wildlife agency
  • Not an official data source
  • Not a government system

Data displayed on DrawVault may come from public sources and/or user input. DrawVaultHunt LLC does not control or verify the accuracy of third-party or publicly sourced data.

Informational Purpose Only

DrawVault provides research and planning information only. Nothing on DrawVault is a guarantee of hunting outcomes, draw outcomes, harvest outcomes, or any other result.

Opportunity classifications, strategy recommendations, and other analysis displayed on DrawVault represent research-based tools and opinions, not certainties or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your final decisions.

No Accuracy Guarantee

All data is provided "as is." DrawVaultHunt LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed on DrawVault. Information on DrawVault may contain estimates and may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change without notice.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of point history, population data, or draw statistics
  • Completeness of any dataset
  • Reliability of third-party or public-source data

DrawVault uses public agency and third-party sources for wildlife, draw, harvest, and population information. Official state and federal wildlife agencies remain the authoritative source for regulations, applications, and deadlines. You are solely responsible for verifying all information with official state wildlife agencies before making any decisions or submitting applications.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All decisions made based on information from DrawVault
  • Your hunting applications, including accuracy and deadlines
  • Verifying rules, regulations, and deadlines with official sources
  • Compliance with all applicable hunting laws and regulations
  • Your use of the platform and any consequences thereof

DrawVault does not replace official state wildlife agency guidance. DrawVaultHunt LLC is not responsible for missed draws, incorrect applications, or any outcome arising from your reliance on data displayed through the Service.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Scrape or bulk extract data from DrawVault, or otherwise engage in unauthorized data extraction
  • Use bots or automated tools to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer the platform or its underlying systems
  • Bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially reuse any data from the Service
  • Abuse the platform or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • Misuse your account, including sharing account access in violation of these Terms

Intellectual Property

The DrawVault software, branding, platform design, and the proprietary organization, presentation, and analysis methods applied to information on DrawVault are the property of DrawVaultHunt LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

DrawVaultHunt LLC does not claim ownership of publicly available wildlife data itself. Public agency data referenced or displayed through DrawVault remains subject to the terms of its original source.

Enforcement

DrawVaultHunt LLC may:

  • Monitor usage for compliance with these Terms
  • Restrict or throttle access
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

DrawVaultHunt LLC may take any of these actions at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; DrawVaultHunt LLC does not store full payment card numbers
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features through that date
  • After cancellation or lapse, your account reverts to the free tier and loses access to paid features

Founder Pricing. DrawVault offers a limited number of founder memberships:

  • 500 total founder memberships are available, shared across the Core and Pro tiers (not 500 per tier)
  • Founder pricing remains locked in for as long as the associated subscription remains active without lapsing
  • Cancelling or allowing a founder subscription to lapse may result in permanent loss of founder pricing eligibility

Refunds

Core and Pro customers may request a refund within 7 days (168 hours) of their initial paid subscription purchase. Renewal payments, and any request made after that window, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for the full process. An approved refund ends the associated paid subscription; your account reverts to the free Explorer tier unless you separately hold a complimentary access grant.

This voluntary refund policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have, or any additional rights available to you under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, such as a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase in some countries. Where those rights are more favorable to you, they apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWVAULT AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DRAWVAULTHUNT LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF INACCURACIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWVAULTHUNT LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE DRAWVAULT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • DATA INACCURACIES OR ERRORS
  • MISSED DRAWS OR MISSED DEADLINES
  • DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICE
  • INCORRECT ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT DRAW ODDS, POINT VALUES, OR POPULATION DATA
  • FINANCIAL LOSS OR LOST OPPORTUNITY
  • DATA LOSS OR ACCOUNT DISRUPTION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWVAULTHUNT LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DRAWVAULT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  • $50 USD

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DrawVaultHunt LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any data provided through DrawVault.

Termination

DrawVaultHunt LLC may terminate or suspend your access to DrawVault at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse or fraud, or to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of DrawVault will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any representative proceeding against DrawVaultHunt LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DrawVaultHunt LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
